Jordan's Walk for Wishes and Dash for Dreams

Jordan's Walk for Wishes and Dash for Dreams, Saturday, September 19th, 2009. Runners and walkers will wind their way along the race and walking course. This years course will start and finished at the Richard Maghakian Memorial School, touring participants down country roads through the center of historic Brookline. Jordan's Walk is an annual FAST 5K run and walk in memory of Jordan Coffey, a 14-year-old former student at the school who lost his battle with brain cancer in September 2005. All proceeds from Jordan's Walk benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of NH.

After the race and walk participants and their families will enjoy music, entertainment, massages, games and a "Dream-Come-True" Barbecue. One-of-a-kind gift baskets, donated by friends and businesses, will once again be raffled off after the race.

We would like to thank the Principal and staff of the school, along with the School Board for allowing us to utilize the building grounds for our event.

Special thanks also to: Brookline Ambulance, Brookline Police Department and Brookline Fire Department for all of the assistance needed to make this event a success.
